Though the company launched the app but failed to keep the app updated according to the modern developments in the pharmaceutical sector.
The primary challenge was seamlessly integrating the app with the back-end operations of the pharmacy store, ensuring prompt deliveries. The client also requested a responsive, user-friendly app interface.
